Room Rates: While standard rates for our two-bedroom suite on external platforms can reach up to €715 during peak periods, we prioritize our direct guests with a Direct Booking Price Advantage. We guarantee that the nightly rate on this website will never exceed €590, and this price is fully inclusive of all service fees, cleaning, and the mandatory Sirmione Municipal Tourist Tax (Imposta di Soggiorno). Choosing to book directly ensures you receive our best publicly available rate for the same stay dates and conditions by eliminating third-party commission markups.
Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax of €2.80 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is already included in your rate and paid by us to the city. Children under 14, police and military personnel, accredited guides and drivers, individuals with special needs and their attendants don’t have to pay this tax.
Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before you arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arriving, you'll have to pay the full price of your booking. If you don't show up, you'll also have to pay the full price.

Online Guest Check-in: In accordance with Italian Public Security law (Art. 109 TULPS), all guests are required to register their ID details prior to arrival. We provide a secure link via MyMaison to make this process quick and easy. Once submitted, your data is sent directly to the local authorities, and your access codes will be automatically released.
Arrival: Check in anytime from 15:00 to midnight using the access codes we'll send you for the gate and apartment (fully automated and contactless process). If requested, the parking will be reserved for you from the noon on the arrival date.
Departure: Please check out by 11:00. You may use the reserved parking until noon.

Our suites are located within Sirmione’s historic center Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL). Please note that driving into the historic center without prior authorization will result in automated fines issued via license plate recognition cameras. As these fines are generated by municipal authorities, they remain the sole responsibility of the vehicle operator.
To ensure a stress-free arrival and stay, we provide a complimentary reserved parking space for the duration of your stay at Grifo Parking (Piazzale Europa 5), located just outside the castle bridge.
Seamless Arrival & Departure:
 Electric Shuttle: Upon arrival at Grifo Parking, a complimentary electric shuttle service is available to transport you and your luggage directly to the suite. This service operates by reservation between 08:00 and 21:00.
 Leisurely Walk: Alternatively, you may enjoy a scenic 500-meter walk along the lakefront and through Sirmione’s charming medieval streets.
 Important Note on Sundays & Holidays: During the summer season (June–September) and on public holidays, the center is fully pedestrianized between 14:00 and 19:00. During these windows, vehicular transit is strictly prohibited, and the shuttle service is the only available method for arrival and departure.

You can bring small pets, but it costs an extra €50 for each booking. Service animals are exempt from fees.

Housekeeping is included after the third night. If you want extra cleaning before that, just ask, but it will cost a bit more.

Traveling with kids: If you need a baby bed or a high chair, just let us know and we'll provide them for free.
Free Wi‑Fi: We offer complimentary Internet access for your convenience. Just so you know, we can't be held responsible if the Internet service happens to be interrupted or slow. Use the Internet respectfully and make sure all your online activity follows the law.

This apartment is in a building where everyone likes it quiet. So that everyone can enjoy their stay, please be respectful and keep the noise down after 22:00. Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
