You can cancel for free up to 14 days before you arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arriving, you'll have to pay the full price of your booking. If you don't show up, you'll also have to pay the full price.

Arrival: Check in anytime from 3:00 PM to midnight using the access codes we'll send you for the gate and apartment (fully automated and contactless process). The parking will be reserved for you from the noon on the arrival date.
Departure: Please check out by 11:00 AM. You may use the reserved parking until noon.
Help: We're available via phone or WhatsApp if you need anything!

The apartments reside within a traffic-restricted zone. Upon request, we can secure a parking spot for you at 'Grifo Parking' (Piazzale Europa 5), approximately 500 meters away. From there, Grifo Parking's team offers complimentary electric shuttle service to bring you and your luggage to and from the property. Alternatively, you can enjoy the beauty of Sirmione with a leisurely walk along the lakefront and through its charming old streets. The shuttle operates on reservation between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

You can bring small pets, but it costs an extra €50 for each booking. Service animals are exempt from fees.

Housekeeping is included after the third night. If you want extra cleaning before that, just ask, but it will cost a bit more.

If you need a baby bed or a high chair, just let us know.

This apartment is in a building where everyone likes it quiet. So that everyone can enjoy their stay, please be respectful and keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Room Rates: price per night can vary between €300 and €585 depending on when you're visiting, how many people are staying, and if there are any special offers available. The total price you see when you book is what you'll pay before you arrive – no surprises!
Tourist Tax: a local tax of €2.80 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is already included in your rate and paid by us to the city.
Children under 14, police and military personnel, accredited guides and drivers, individuals with special needs and their attendants don’t have to pay this tax.
Free Wi‑Fi: we offer complimentary Internet access for your convenience. Just so you know, we can't be held responsible if the Internet service happens to be interrupted or slow. Use the Internet respectfully and make sure all your online activity follows the law.
Your Privacy: We only keep or share your personal details as required by Italian and European Union laws – nothing extra.
